But the level of our requirements so high, that for us while only the positive phenomenon as left is far from being it the best employees. Questions of development the consciousnesses interesting us first of all, return to a theme of educational programs for children. Last 10 years there is our project « Years(Summer) School ». In years(summer) months of 12-15 children pass at us the program including lessons of music, drawing, physical culture, campaigns in mountains. We experiment with techniques, main this development of abilities of children and rest from routine of usual school. A prominent aspect of our educational philosophy to learn children and youth to practical skills. When the person that - really is able to do(make) that with subjects, the phenomena, substance of our world it(he) perceives itself in the other quality, it(he) perceives itself(himself) as the creator, the participant of process of a life. Therefore we are interested in development of school of crafts on sewing, joiner"s and potter"s skill, work in a garden and a kitchen garden that children and youth studied to live by a principle « Day without work day without meal » as master Hakuin has told.
